I charge $25/hr for commissions under 4 hours total ($20/hr for commissions longer than that). Every once in awhile I'll have slot openings in journals, but for the most part I accept commissions on a case-by-case basis. Just send me an e-mail if you're interested.

Don't be offended if I decline; I work about 12 hours a day and if I accepted every commission inquiry I got I wouldn't be able to sleep. ;u;



In most cases I don't accept these (time constraints, needing to pay for bills, etc) but I am a bibliophiliac and love art books in particular. It can be a bit awkward if I don't really need something, or I'm not a fan of someone's art style... it makes me out to be a jerk, but we all have our own likes and dislikes and I have a right to refuse. I will never accept points for commissions.



My favorite subjects to draw are pretty much anything G to PG-13-rated. If your commission request falls within that category, I'll almost certainly draw it.
As for mature artwork, it really depends on the content and tastefulness of the subject. Porn is almost always a no (sorry!). As for nudity or gore/violence, it depends on what the idea ends up being, how tasteful/artistic it is, etc. If I decline, it's nothing personal... I can't do my best if I'm not comfortable—and that's that.

This doesn't mean I'm never gonna post again or anything (LOL I have so much shit to finish and post you have no ideaaaaa), but you know how some parts of the year are! I'm jumping ship at Richmond, Virginia and escaping to the beautiful mountains of Roanoke.

I'm glad because I'm seriously tired of everything having to do with living in an old-ass city with no car.

Okay, wow. I've been gone awhile!


First off, I somehow got a DD in my absence. o___O  Thank you so much ^KovoWolf for featuring Summer Day.



It's been a busy winter... graduated (with high honors!) in December, went home for the holidays, got sick for almost three weeks (just now recovering... for two of those weeks I couldn't even sleep and was on 6 different meds during the whole ordeal). I've decided to participate in Sketchbet this year, so my tumblr is much, much more active than it ever has been. I'll be uploading some of my better submissions here.

I've done quite a few commissions in the meantime, as well... they shall be posted in due time. And perhaps related, I have many comments and a few notes that have gone unread and unreplied to. I promise I'll be getting to those this week, and I apologize for any inconvenience this unintentional hiatus may have caused.

Visiting dA again because mentioned the journal funkiness. And funky it is. LOL. School is still eating me alive (well, last semester = when will it NOT be challenging?)... not only am I doing the portfolio nonsense and some random group project, but I'm collaborating with 5 other students for a 30-second video. That doesn't sound like a lot of filming, but trust me... it is. Slow motion, Twixtor, and After Effects. Paper flying everywhere and we're filming in a graveyard. Fabulous.



I apologize for my missing-in-action-ness... it looks like haven't posted in quite awhile. :0 I'll be sure to put up a few of the things I've been doing soon.

I'm typing from surprisingly chilly Florida, which is the reason I've been absent since finals (there is a lack of internets in the swamp). Hope you guys are having a great holiday weekend and are getting lots of cool stuff.

Speaking of cool swag:

It's 6AM, Friday morning. I stayed up all night for the 4th night this week (thank God I had sleep last night), and I learned a few things:


1.) I'm terrible at screenprinting. Just God-awful at it .... it probably didn't help I have no training, experience, vacuum table, or hinge clamps. 8D
2.) I'm not terrible at carving into a block of linoleum.
3.) Oh God class starts at 10AM. And I need to carve a block of linoleum.

I: .... I'm so freaking gonna die. WHY ARE FINALS SO COMPLICATED IN ART CLASSES?

At least my others went well... and if I show my professor the retarded prints I made he'll at least know I did ALL THAT WORK ALL DAY TODAY. /sob

Mine mostly have to do with art, since... well, I definitely feel I need more practice. Much, much more practice. I’m no illustrator, but it doesn’t mean I can’t push myself further this year.



Art Goals


attend Anthrocon or Otakon  (I realllly want to go to AC, but I’m a bit apprehensive of going when I don’t really know anyone at all or have anyone to room with. Haha. Otakon is a bit easier since it's closer to home.)

complete one page a week in my “study” sketchbook (anatomy, technique, etc)

finish at least 5 traditional paintings/drawings 8x10” or larger

finish at least 5 personal digital paintings that take 10 hours or longer

actually draw/post my original characters instead of asking other people to draw them for me.

experiment more with screen printing, and look into selling original prints

offer moar commissions and have a faster turnaround time (having only 4 classes should make this very possible)

draw at least 3 decent FFT/Ivalice fanarts because that game series totally deserves it.



Personal Goals

apply for three internships, whether it be for government work or design.

play through and finish 3 or more video games that I already have bought this year.

go to the gym at least once a week (and lose that last 10 pounds!)

maintain a GPA average of 3.7 or higher.

join one school club and attend meet-ups at least once a month

I'm a bit depressed because my youngest sister is being confirmed tomorrow, and I'm not going to be there to support her.

I became her sponsor for a reason, and at least my other sister is stepping in... but damn these finals, seriously.  ;_;  I also wish the cardinal wasn't such a busy man and it could be scheduled to NOT be on a Tuesday night when most people are doing end-of-the-year school things.

I know it's like 11pm BUT I HAD A BUSY DAY so I just got to doing this.

I've been meaning to do a feature journal for the longest time, so here it is~    I should really do these more often, haha.

This artist has an amazingly varied gallery, and to put it simply it is a pleasure going through her gallery (I need more time to do that completely, though! lol).  I really wish I had her human skillage, seriously.  



eNoggi has some hawt menz in her gallery (as well as other cool things~ ), and is also accepting commissions at the moment... SO CHECK THAT OUT.



One of my favorite artists for sure... her poses and style are really inspiring to me.  Plus she draws FFT fanart, so that's auto-watch in my book.  



Simply put: needs moar favs/watches.    His work deserves much more attention than it gets.  Just look at that dragon.  *tear*



And last but certainly not least, Nayru-chan's artwork is stunning... those lines and color are to die for.  ;;
