How do I contact you?
DO NOT USE NOTES. I can't emphasize this enough. I've been relatively absent from dA (mostly because of work), and until I can get back into the swing of things it's easier to contact me via e-mail (centradragon@gmail.com) or Skype (centra-d).
If you have any specific questions you want answered, you're also welcome to ask in this journal.
Where are you most active?
My tumblrs (my general art blog & MtG art blog) and FurAffinity. I'll try to get back into dA since I still have this whole paid account thing and I might as well use it.
How much are commissions? Are you open for them?
I charge $25/hr for commissions under 4 hours total ($20/hr for commissions longer than that). Every once in awhile I'll have slot openings in journals, but for the most part I accept commissions on a case-by-case basis. Just send me an e-mail if you're interested.
Don't be offended if I decline; I work about 12 hours a day and if I accepted every commission inquiry I got I wouldn't be able to sleep. ;u;
Do you accept item/art trades for commissions?
In most cases I don't accept these (time constraints, needing to pay for bills, etc) but I am a bibliophiliac and love art books in particular. It can be a bit awkward if I don't really need something, or I'm not a fan of someone's art style... it makes me out to be a jerk, but we all have our own likes and dislikes and I have a right to refuse. I will never accept points for commissions.
What won't you draw?
My favorite subjects to draw are pretty much anything G to PG-13-rated. If your commission request falls within that category, I'll almost certainly draw it.
As for mature artwork, it really depends on the content and tastefulness of the subject. Porn is almost always a no (sorry!). As for nudity or gore/violence, it depends on what the idea ends up being, how tasteful/artistic it is, etc. If I decline, it's nothing personal... I can't do my best if I'm not comfortable—and that's that.
Unless, perhaps, you bribe me. LOL.
Can I recolor a lineart or sketch you posted?
Of course (as long as it's for non-commercial use, etc). No need to ask me, just credit me for the work I did in the description.
Can you critique my entire gallery and give me lessons?
Sorry, I can't do that for free. It takes too long and I have other things to do.
This is mentioned above, but if you have additional FAQ-y questions, just comment below and I'll answer/add them as I'm able~
