HAHA YEAH. I actually did cel shading for once? Last time I did it it was terrible.
Bolded because I have evidence: [link]  LAWL. NO I DID NOT MAKE UP HER NAME. It really is Healing Care. <3 She's one of the Innovators from Gundam 00, and for some reason I think she's cool. Short green hair = <3. So I drew her. At first it was turning out incredibly 90's anime style, so I had to beat myself a few times to make it look less so. Because I would commit suicide if I reverted back that far. LOL.  I probably could have thought of a more imaginative background, but whatevah.  Also, a warm thanks to ~tealgeezus for giving me SHADOW HALP. <3Tools Used: Photoshop, Bamboo Tablet Time Taken: Prolly like, 6 hours or so. Original Size: Like, 4200 pixels tall. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
